Banana Bread, but in Your Coffee

1 ripe banana, mashed
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
3/4 cup water
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tbsp vanilla bean paste (or 2 tsp vanilla extract)
步驟
Heat a sauce pot over medium heat. Add mashed banana, brown sugar, cinnamon, and water and mix together. Bring to a simmer. Continue to simmer for 5-6 minutes, stirring often. Turn off heat and add salt and vanilla. Transfer ingredients to blender or use an immersion blender to blend. Once all smooth, pour into glass storage jar. Enjoy 1-2 tbsp in your coffee! I like it in a hot latte or iced cold brew with cream and also frothed into the cold foam.
