BASE

220g Digestive Biscuits

140g Unsalted Butter

FILLING

300g Cream Cheese

220ml Double Cream - single is fine

50g castor sugar

4-5 tblsp Baileys

4 Gelatine leaves

2 small bags of Malteasers crushed

Chocolate shavkngs to decorate

步驟

1. Lightly brush a flan ribg with oil

2. Mix together the biscuit and mdlted butter

3. Mix together cream cheese, cream and castor sugar in a bowl anf beat til it resembles whipped cream.

4. Place gelatind lesves in a small bowl and cover with cold aater and leace for 5 minutes til gelatine softens.

5. Remove gelatine from water and put kn a small saucepan. Add 3 tablespoon of water to the gelatine. Place over a medium hear stirring all the timd til dissolved.

6. Quickly in one go whisk gelatine into mixture and add malteasers. Pour over biscuit base, cover with clingfilm. Chill for 4 hours. Decorate with chocolate shavings.
