Dough:

120 g bread flour

½ tsp instant yeast

¼ tsp kosher salt

½ tsp garlic powder

½ tsp Italian seasoning

230 g 0% Greek yogurt

Pizza Toppings:

90 g pizza sauce

30 g turkey pepperoni

90 g low fat mozzarella

1 handful fresh basil

Combine all the ingredients for the dough and knead until a ball forms. Roll out the dough on a board dusted with flour and roll the edges if the dough to form the crust.

Add the toppings and bake at 400f for 25 minutes

Mix Dry Ingredients

• In a large bowl, whisk together flour, instant yeast, salt, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.

2️⃣ Add Greek Yogurt

• Stir in Greek yogurt until a rough dough forms.

• If using, add 1 tbsp olive oil for a smoother dough.

3️⃣ Knead the Dough

• Transfer to a floured surface and knead for 5 minutes until smooth and elastic.

• If the dough is too sticky, sprinkle in a little more flour (1 tsp at a time).

4️⃣ Let the Dough Rest

• Cover with a damp towel and let sit at room temperature for 10-30 minutes to allow the yeast to activate.

• 10-minute rest = quick dough (less airy, but still works).

• 30-minute rest = better texture (slightly softer, chewier crust).

5️⃣ Roll & Shape the Dough

• Roll out on a floured surface into a thin or thick crust, depending on preference.

6️⃣ Preheat & Bake

• Preheat oven to 450°F (230°C).

• Place the shaped dough on a pizza pan or parchment-lined baking sheet.

• Pre-bake for 5-7 minutes (optional, but helps avoid a soggy crust).

• Add toppings and bake for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
