Spicy Roasted Red Pepper Feta Dip

8 ounces feta cheese, crumbled

1 cup (6 ounces) drained roasted red bell peppers

1 garlic clove, roughly chopped

1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice (or red wine vinegar!)

1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil

1 teaspoon red pepper flakes (or sub a jalapeno or a spicy red pepper!)

步驟

In the bowl of a food processor, add in the feta, drained roasted red bell peppers, garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, and red pepper flakes.

Process on high until the dip comes together, about 1 minute, scraping down the sides of the bowl as necessary.

Serve with pita chips, crackers, veggies or use as a spread on sandwiches or wraps.
