5 Roma Tomatoes

5 Serrano Peppers

A handful of Cilantro

¼-⅓ Onion

1 can Crushed Tomatoes

3 canned Chipotle Peppers in Adobo Sauce

Lime or Lemon Juice (Optional)

Garlic (Optional)

步驟

Cut the peppers, onions, and tomatoes into small pieces.

Into a blender add about one chopped tomato, one Chipotle pepper, some of the Serrano peppers, salt and part of the liquid from the canned tomatoes. Blend until smooth.

Add the rest of the fresh ingredients, the can of tomatoes, and one Chipotle pepper.

Slowly pulse the blender until desired texture.
