1. BRING A MEDIUM SAUCEPAN OF WATER TO BOIL. ADD EGGS TO BOILING WATER.
2. ONCE EGGS ARE IN, LOWER HEAT TO A SIMMER. COOK FOR 13 MINUTES.
3. REMOVE EGGS FROM HEAT AND PLACE IN AN ICE BATH FOR 5 MINUTES.
