Gingerbread Drink

Christmas is around the corner, so here’s a fancy drink to save and replicate during the holidays! Perfect to enjoy hot or cold:

Gingerbread Syrup 🍪

60g Gingerbread Biscuits

200g Water (or milk for a creamier touch)

Blend everything, then filter. Add:

330g Caster Sugar

5g Gum Arabic (for a smooth texture)

Blend until dissolved, then bottle and store in a cool place.

For the Drink ☕️

30ml Gingerbread Syrup

30ml Whole Salted Egg

45ml Coffee Whisky

For a warm drink:

Heat to 50°C, then blend to make it foamy.

For a cold drink:

Blend with 1 ice cube until foamy.

Finish with a dusting of cacao powder and top it off with Ginger Multi Bubbles made using tools from Flavour Blaster 🫧☃️
