Nourish bowl is something I always come back to, especially after festivities and overindulging.

This hearty nourish bowl is a delicious and cosy combination of ingredients that I crave often, no matter the season. Warm sweet potatoes, pan fried halloumi, earthy beets, walnuts, sweet pomegranate arils and hearty quinoa served on a bed of peppery rocket leaves.

This combination of sweet and salty pairs so well with my delicious balsamic vinaigrette. This salad is super versatile and there’s so many different ways you can freestyle it!
