Dry Ingredients:
All-purpose flour: 3 cups (360g)
Sugar: 1/4 cup (50g)
Salt: 1 1/2 tsp (9g)
Baking powder: 1 tbsp (12g)
Baking soda: 1 1/2 tsp (9g)
Wet Ingredientes:
Milk: 2 1/4 cups (511ml/g)
Vegetable oil: 1/4 cup (50ml/g)
Vanilla extract: 1 tbsp (14g)
Apple cider vinegar: 1/4 cup (59ml/g)
Eggs: 3
Extra:
Butter
Honey
步驟
Mix all dry and wet ingredients in different bowls.
Pour the wet ingredients into the bowl with the dry ingredients.
Fold the mixture around 20-25 times. Let it rest.
Put butter on a pan and use one scoop per pancake.
筆記
Apple cider vinegar = white vinegar (different flavor).
Buttermilk = milk + apple cider vinegar.
Whipped salted butter gives extra flavor and crispiness.
