Dry Ingredients:

  • All-purpose flour: 3 cups (360g)

  • Sugar: 1/4 cup (50g)

  • Salt: 1 1/2 tsp (9g)

  • Baking powder: 1 tbsp (12g)

  • Baking soda: 1 1/2 tsp (9g)

Wet Ingredientes:

  • Milk: 2 1/4 cups (511ml/g)

  • Vegetable oil: 1/4 cup (50ml/g)

  • Vanilla extract: 1 tbsp (14g)

  • Apple cider vinegar: 1/4 cup (59ml/g)

  • Eggs: 3

Extra:

  • Butter

  • Honey

步驟

  1. Mix all dry and wet ingredients in different bowls.

  2. Pour the wet ingredients into the bowl with the dry ingredients.

  3. Fold the mixture around 20-25 times. Let it rest.

  4. Put butter on a pan and use one scoop per pancake.

筆記

Apple cider vinegar = white vinegar (different flavor).

Buttermilk = milk + apple cider vinegar.

Whipped salted butter gives extra flavor and crispiness.
