Viral Dumpling Bake Meal Prep

Ingredients (per container)

5 to 6 frozen dumplings (potstickers or gyoza)

1/2 cup chopped bok choy

1/4 cup canned full-fat coconut milk

2 tbsp Trader Joe’s Thai red curry sauce

1 tbsp Trader Joe’s Soyaki sauce

Chili crunch, for topping

Fresh cilantro, chopped, for topping

Green onion, for topping

Soyaki sauce swaps (if no Trader Joe’s):

1 tbsp teriyaki sauce or 1 tbsp soy sauce + 1/2 tsp honey or brown sugar

Totals: 24 dumplings (1 package) , 2 cups bok choy, 1 cup coconut milk, 1/2 cup red curry sauce, 1/4 cup soyaki or substitute)

步驟

Preheat oven to 375°F.

Lightly spray 4 individual glass meal prep containers.

Add 1/2 cup bok choy to the bottom of each container.

In each container, pour in 1/4 cup coconut milk, 2 tbsp red curry sauce, and 1 tbsp soyaki (or substitute).

Stir gently to coat the bok choy.

Layer 5 to 6 frozen dumplings on top.

Cover containers tightly with foil or lids.

Bake for 35 to 40 minutes, until dumplings are tender and sauce is bubbling.

Remove foil, then top with chili crunch, cilantro, and green onion.

Reheat

Microwave 1 to 2 minutes, covered.

Stir gently before eating to coat dumplings in sauce.
