1 cup couscous
Several cloves smashed and diced garlic
Olive oil
Pepper flakes
Tomatoes (canned, crushed, frozen, fresh)
Tomato paste
Water/broth needed to cook couscous
Coconut milk
步驟
Cook garlic and pepper flakes in olive oil. Add in tomatoes. Cook down. Add in couscous and appropriate amount of liquid. Add coconut milk. Cook until couscous is done.
