Pizza Spring Rolls

28 sheets spring roll pastry

1 package vegan pepperoni (128g)

2 large mushrooms

1/2 green bell pepper

3/4 cup tomato sauce

1/3 cup shredded vegan mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup tomato sauce for dipping

vegan parm for topping

fresh basil for serving

步驟

Add your pepperoni, mushrooms, and green pepper to a large cutting board and chop until everything is diced into tiny pieces.

Assemble your spring rolls using two sheets of pastry per roll. Divide your mixture into 14 rolls. Place 1 tbsp of the chopped mixture onto the bottom of the spring roll sheet, followed by 1 tbsp of cheese, 1 tbsp of tomato sauce, and another tbsp of mixture on top. Wet the spring roll, tuck in the sides, and roll it up.

Add your pizza rolls to your air fryer and fry at 400f for 6-8 minutes. Be careful not to overcook, or the cheese will ooze from the sides. Top with vegan parm, dunk in extra tomato sauce, and enjoy!
