Crispy Broccoli Caesar Salad

2 Ibs Broccoli
2 tablespoons avocado or olive oil
1/4 cup mayo
2 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon lemon zest
1 tablespoon Worcestershire
1/4 teaspoon pepper
Juice of 1 lemon
For garlic crumbs:
1 cup panko bread crumbs grated parm
2 tablespoons oil
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon salt

Preheat your oven to 450. Cut your broccoli and place in a sheet tray. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Bake for 20 mins or until edges are browned and crispy. Set aside.
Heat a pan on medium heat. Add the oil, panko, garlic powder and salt. Cook until the panko is toasted and golden. Make sure to stir constantly to prevent it from burning.
In a large bowl, add the mayo, garlic, Add the tahini, grated garlic, vinegar, lemon juice,
lemon zest, Dijon, Worcestershire. Mix well and season to taste with salt and pepper. Add in the roasted broccoli and half of the garlic crumbs.
Transfer to a serving plate and top it off with more garlic crumbs. Serve and Devour!
