4 large red bell peppers roasted in oven for 15 to 20 minutes

Once roasted peel them clear the inner part , put in blender jar

步驟

In a separate bowl pan add , walnut 200 grm

Toast them with 60 gram bread crumbs once toasted put in blender with 1 tbsp of paprika , 1 tbsp of tomato paste , 3 to 4 tbsp of pomegranate molasses , 1/2 tbsp of salt ,olive oil 3 tbsp , chilli flakes 1 tbsp , lemon 1/2 pc squeeze

Blend it to a fine paste serve & top with walnut and pomegranate molasses
