Spinach & Potato Croquette

1/2 cup Yogurt

to taste Salt

2 Potato

100 gram Breadcrumbs

200 gram Fresh Spinach

1/2 teaspoon Ginger Paste

to taste Lemon Juice

步驟

Beat together Yogurt (1/2 cup) with a little water. Add Salt (to taste).

Boil the Potato (2) in a pressure cooker.

Peel and mash potatoes and finely chop Fresh Spinach (200 g)

Mix spinach, mashed potatoes, Breadcrumbs (100 g), Ginger Paste (1/2 tsp), Salt (to taste), and Lemon Juice (to taste) together.

Form a ball about size of a walnut.

Cover in breadcrumbs.

Heat oil in a deep fryer or a wok ver high heat.

Fry croquette until golden brown. Remove with a slotted spoon and drain on kitchen paper.

Sprinkle with chaat masala or yogurt dip just made or green chutney.
