CHEESY CHICKEN SPINACH ARTICHOKE DIP

• 1 light string cheese stick, cubed • ¼ cup fat free cottage cheese • 4 oz cooked chicken breast, shredded + seasoned • ½ cup fat free plain Greek yogurt • 28g parmesan + 2 tbsp for the top • 8 oz canned artichoke hearts, drained • ½ cup fresh spinach, chopped • ½ tsp garlic powder • Salt + pepper to taste

步驟

1. Mix parm, cottage cheese, garlic, and Greek yogurt in a bowl.

2. Drain artichoke hearts well and stir in with chopped spinach.

3. Add cooked chicken and mix. Pour into a baking dish. Top with 2 tbsp parm.

4. Air fry at 350°F for 9-10 min OR bake at 375°F for 15 min.
