Broccoli Squash Pita

Pickled red cabbage
Mushrooms
Broccoli
Pita
Butternut squash
Hummus

步驟
Pickle the cabbage. If you don’t have time, just skip the pickling and cook it with the mushrooms.
Roast a butternut squash for ~45-60 minutes at 425
Take the squash out and put the broccoli in (seasoned with Ajika)
Cook the mushrooms (and cabbage if not pickled) in a pan while the squash cools
Deskin then blend the squash (don’t blend when too hot). Mix equalish parts hummus and squash to the amount you need.
Take broccoli out
Assemble the pita!
