1 cup whole milk

1½ cups heavy cream (cold)

1 container sweetened condensed milk (14 oz)

1 cup brown sugar (light or dark)

2 tablespoons of vanilla extract

Pinch of salt

步驟

Whip your cream until it is fluffy and sticks to the whisk

Add in your milk, brown sugar, sweetened condensed milk, vanilla, and salt

Mix this until it is fully incorporated

Place in a freezer safe container and freeze overnight

VERY IMPORTANT— once it’s been in the freezer for three hours, take it out and give it a good mix (often times the condensed milk falls to the bottom of the container so you wanna make sure it’s mixed well so we can finally freeze fully incorporated)

after it’s been in the freezer for three hours, you can also add your toppings and any diced fruit or chocolate chips or cookie chunks/whatever toppings you wanna add at this point!!

The reason why you shouldn’t put your toppings in immediately when placing it into the freezer is because all of the toppings will sink to the bottom

that is why after it’s been in the freezer for three hours. You need to take it out and fully incorporated and mix it together and add your toppings at this three hour point.
