Peanut Butter Udon Noodles

60 g Peanut butter
1 piece Broccoli
200 g Edamame
1 tbsp Olive Oil
300 g Udon
45 ml Soy sauce
10 g Tahini
0.5 piece Lime
30 g Crispy onions
20 g Sesame seeds
步驟
Cut broccoli in small florets and add to a wok pan with olive oil.
Add edamame to the pan until lightly toasted.
Add in 1 cup of water and add the udon noodles.
Create the sauce by adding the peanut butter, soy sauce, lime juice and tahini together, mix into the noodles after the water has evaporated.
Top with crispy onions and sesame seeds.
