1 16 oz bag pre-shredded cabbage and carrots
1/2 cup mayonnaise (I use a sugar-free mayo)
2 tsp apple cider vinegar (I use Bragg's)
1 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
a little extra salt and pepper to taste (optional)
步驟
Open the coleslaw mix of shredded purple cabbage, green cabbage and carrots and place it in a large bowl.
Add the remaining ingredients and mix well.
Enjoy! You can serve the coleslaw immediately, but it tastes best if you chill it in the refrigerator before eating
