Cherry Filled Angel Cake

1 angel food cake

(1) 21-ounce can cherry pie filling

(1) 8ounce container frozen whipped topping

步骤

Use a knife to remove a 3/4" slice from top of cake

Cut or spoon out center of the cake, leaving 3/4" on all sides

Combine cherry filling and 3/4 cup whipped topping

Spoon cherry mixture into the cake shell; replace top slice

Spread remaining whipped topping over the cake

Lightly toast inside of cake for fruit or ice cream topping
