1-2 Tbsp pure maple syrup or honey, to taste

1 tsp pure vanilla extract

Raspberry Chia Jam:

1 cup raspberries

1/4 cup water

3 Tbsp chia seeds

2 Tbsp orange or lemon juice

1-2 tsp pure maple syrup, to taste
