Ingredients (1 serve):
1 can tuna (≈120 g drained)
1 cup celery (≈100 g)
1/2 cup cucumber (≈75 g)
1 apple (≈180 g)
Sauce:
1/2 cup cottage cheese (≈120 g)
2 tbsp Greek yogurt (≈30 g)
1 tsp dijon mustard
1/2 tsp garlic
Salt + pepper
Fresh dill

Chop celery, cucumber and apple
Blend or mix sauce ingredients until smooth
Combine everything with tuna and mix well

330 Calories
50 g Protein
28 g Carbs
4 g Fat
6 g Fibre
High protein. High volume. Super filling with barely any calories.
