½ cup mayonnaise

½ cup sour cream

3 tablespoons pickled jalapeño juice (from a jar of pickled jalapeños)

3 tablespoons pickled jalapeños (diced)

2 teaspoons paprika

2 teaspoons ground cumin

1 teaspoon garlic granules

1 teaspoon onion powder

½ teaspoon salt (or to taste)

½ teaspoon chili powder

In a bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sour cream, and pickled jalapeño juice until smooth.

Add the diced jalapeños, paprika, cumin, garlic granules, onion powder, salt, and chili powder. Stir to combine.

Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.

Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to let the flavors develop.

Pro Tip: This sauce is perfect for tacos, burritos, and nachos, but it also makes a great dip for fries or a spicy sandwich spread!
