White Chocolate Strawberry Ganache

配料

15g freeze dried strawberry

100g white chocolate

150g heavy cream

5-10g of strawberry jello mix

步骤

Blitz the Strawberries into powder next time

Scald the heavy cream

Pour on strawberries and chocolate and let sit 1 minute

Blend together until smooth

Strain if wanting smoother texture

备注

Makes a thick ganache good for filling or whipping up i think as Icing. Makes a small amount. Might be enough for 24 dome bonbons
