Chicken Kebab On Air fryer

1 lb chicken thighs, cut to 2 inch pieces

2 tsp avocado oil

2 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

2 tsp paprika

1 tsp turmeric

1 tsp kosher salt

1 tsp black pepper

Garlic parm butter

1/4 cup butter

6 cloves garlic, mashed

3 tb parmesan cheese, freshly grated

1 tb parsley, finely chopped

Cut the chicken thighs into 2 inch pieces and place in a large bowl. Toss with the oil and seasonings and coat the chicken well. Set aside. Next, melt the butter in a small pot over medium-low heat. Add the garlic, parmesan cheese and parsley and stir for about one minute then remove from the heat. Reserve a few tablespoons of the butter to coat the chicken at the end.

Skewer the chicken pieces onto skewers, tightly. Lay the skewers on the air fryer tray/basket. Air fry at 400F for 10 minutes. Flip the chicken skewers and brush with some of the garlic parm butter. Cook for another 8-10 minutes until golden brown and crispy and cooked through (165F internal temp). Brush with remaining garlic parm butter and enjoy!
