Crab or Tuna Cakes

配料

1 tin tuna

4" piece celery, chopped

large green onion, sliced thin

small clove garlic, chopped fine

strip green pepper, chopped fine

1 egg

1 tbsp mayo

3/4 tsp worcertershire sauce

3/4 c soft bread crumbs

1/4 tsp creole seasoning

Heat 1/2 tbsp butter in pan: saute onion, pepper, garlic & celery. Add to other ingreidents. Form loosely. Saute in oil
