Hot Fudge Sundae Cake*

1. #1 GROUP - Mix Together

1 cup flour

3/4 cup sugar

2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa

2 teaspoons baking powder

1/4 teaspoon salt

#2 GROUP - Mix Together

1/2 cup milk

2 tablespoons oils

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1-3/4 cups hot water

#3 GROUP

1 cup chopped nuts

1 cup brown sugar

1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa

Ice cream

1 Cup chopped nuts

步骤

1. Stir together flour, sugar, cocoa, baking powder and salt, Sift together

2. Place in ungreased 8" square pan

3. Stir in nuts and spread evenly in pan

4. Sprinkle with brown sugar and 1/4 cup cocoa. Place over first mixture. Stir to mix just enough to blend.

5. Stir together milk, oil, vanilla and hot water. Pour over mixture in pan.

6. Bake at 350 for 40 minutes

7. Cool 15 minutes

8. Spoon into dishes or cut into squares

9. Invert each square into dish

10. Top with ice cream and spoon sauce over ice cream
