Bread crumbs/panko

Egg whites, beaten

Seasoning: salt, white pepper

1. Tenderise chicken/pork fillets with mallet (or back of cleaver)

2. Season with salt and white pepper both sides, rub in

3. Coat with beaten egg white wash, then bread crumbs/panko

4. Air fry or pan fry
