Shredded Mozzarella

Place a tbsp or so in the bottoms of a sprayed muffin pan, pushing flatish.

Top with pizza sauce

Meats of your choice and mozzarella cheese

Bake on the bottom rack at 400 degrees for 15-17 minutes.
