2 dash of Angostura Bitters
25oz | 7.5ml 2:1 simple syrup
75oz | 22.5ml lime juice
5oz | 15ml Yellow Chartreuse
1 ½ | 50ml White or Lightly Aged Rum
It used to be served at the Bacardi distillery in Cuba in the 1930s. Taking aim at a cross between a Daisy/Sidecar and a Daiquiri build, this sits right in my comfort zone.
Complex, bright, and funky.

Combine all ingredients into a cocktail shaker, add ice, shake, and double strain into a Coupe or Nick & Nora glass. Garnish with a mint sprig or lime coin. 🫠
