¼ cup red onion (diced)
¼ cup toasted pecans (chopped)

⅓ cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt or light sour cream
2 tsp fresh lemon juice or Dijon mustard
1 Tbsp minced dill
¼ tsp salt
Ground black pepper to taste
