1. ADD THE DICED MANGO, RED BELL PEPPER, RED ONION, AND CUCUMBER TO A LARGE MIXING BOWL: ADD THE PEELED AND DICED RIPE MANGOES, THINLY SLICED RED BELL PEPPER, FINELY SLICED SMALL RED ONION, AND SLICED ENGLISH CUCUMBER TO A LARGE MIXING BOWL.

2. IN A SMALL BOWL, WHISK TOGETHER LIME JUICE, OLIVE OIL, HONEY, SALT, AND BLACK PEPPER UNTIL WELL COMBINED: IN A SMALL BOWL, WHISK TOGETHER FRESH LIME JUICE, OLIVE OIL, HONEY OR AGAVE SYRUP, SALI, AND BLACK PEPPER UNTIL WELL COMBINED.

3. POUR THE LIME DRESSING OVER THE SALAD INGREDIENTS: POUR THE LIME JUICE, OLIVE OIL, HONEY OR AGAVE SYRUP, SALT, AND BLACK PEPPER DRESSING OVER THE MANGO, RED BELL PEPPER, RED ONION, AND CUCUMBER MIXTURE.

4. GENTLY TOSS TO COAT EVERYTHING EVENLY WITHOUT CRUSHING THE MANGO: GENTLY TOSS THE MANGO, RED BELL PEPPER, RED ONION, CUCUMBER, AND LIME DRESSING UNTIL EVENLY COATED WITHOUT CRUSHING THE MANGO PIECES.

5. SPRINKLE WITH FRESH CILANTRO AND OPTIONAL CHILI FLAKES: SPRINKLE CHOPPED FRESH CILANTRO AND A PINCH OF CHILI FLAKES (IF USING) OVER THE SALAD.

6. CHILL FOR 10 MINUTES BEFORE SERVING FOR BEST FLAVOR: CHILL THE MANGO SALAD FOR 10 MINUTES BEFORE SERVING FOR BEST FLAVOR.
