Slowcooker Creamy Mustard, Sausage & Leek Casserole (serves

12 thick pork sausages
3 leeks, sliced
1 tbsp garlic purée
300 ml chicken stock
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 tbsp wholegrain mustard
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp dried parsley
1 tsp Bored of Lunch chicken salt (Optional)
Pinch of nutmeg
Salt & pepper
2 tbsp reduced-fat crème fraîche
Fresh parsley, chopped
To serve:
Mash
Tenderstem broccoli

Brown the sausages in a pan (or use the sear function on your slow cooker).
Add the sausages to the slow cooker along with everything except the crème fraîche and parsley. Give it a good stir.
Cook on HIGH for 3-4 hours or low for 7-8. Stir through the crème fraîche and cook for a further 10 minutes until creamy.
Serve with mash and tenderstem broccoli. Pure comfort food 😮💨
