Name: Drink More Hot Cocktails
Ingredients: Created by @giuseppe_gonzalez back when he still caused mayhem in the streets of NYC, this is a riff on the classic Irish Coffee swapping out the whiskey for gin, and coffee for a blend of teas.; Two distinct choices I made: (1) I whipped up a vanilla cream to be the topper for some extra umph, and (2) I went with a pretty sick gin that was a collaboration between @thirstywhale_ and @barrhillgin which was rested in stout and orange curaçao casks.; Banger.; DUKE OF SUFFOLK; 5oz (15ml) simple syrup; 1 ½ (45ml) gin; 4oz (120ml) earl grey + black tea blend, strong brewed; heavy cream, whipped lightly; Temper a cocktail glass with hot water. Then add syrup, gin, and tea. Gently whip heavy cream and float on top.
