7g Cocoa beans

30g Dried dates

10g Lapsang Souchong tea

4g Black pepper (crushed)

lg Pink peppercorns

4g Coriander seeds

5g Oak chips

15g Brown sugar

0.75g Salt

Simmer everything (except tea) for 45 minutes. Infuse the Lapsang Souchong for a final 4-5 minutes. Strain through a coffee filter and strain into a bottle. Keep it in the fridge.
