For #WorldPalomaDay, we’re doing exactly that and it’s absolutely wonderful.

DIRTY PALOMA

1½ oz | 45 ml Tequila

¾ oz | 22.5 ml Lime Juice

½ oz | 15 ml Grapefruit Juice

½ oz | 15 ml Saler’s

½ oz | 15 ml Agave Nectar

¼ oz | 7.5 ml Olive Brine

Garnish: Grapefruit Wedge + Olives

Stir, strain over big cube in a rocks glass. Garnish with a lemon twist.
