Thanksgiving is right around the corner, and if you don’t want to get stuck making cocktails all evening, a solid pre-batched option is the way to go and this one is a banger!
Batch Recipe (with Acid-Adjusted Grapefruit Super Juice):
370 ml Blanco tequila
90 ml Campari
90 ml agave nectar
175 ml acid-adjusted grapefruit super juice
Acid-Adjusted Grapefruit Super Juice:
15 g grapefruit peel
15 g sugar
12 g citric acid
6 g malic acid
½ g sea salt
⅕ g MSG
250 ml water

Combine all the dry ingredients with the grapefruit peel and let them macerate for 2 hours. Add the water, blend, fine strain, and bottle.
If you prefer the fresh juice version instead, here are the specs:
350 ml tequila
75 ml Campari
75 ml agave nectar
120 ml lime juice
80 ml grapefruit juice
