Chicken Noodle Soup

• 6-8 C. Water
• 2 Tbs. Chicken Bouillon (I use Knorr brand)
•3-4 Carrots, sliced
•4 Celery sticks, sliced
• ½C. onion, diced
• 2-3 C. Chicken, cooked & diced
• 8 oz. package Egg noodles
• ¼C. Flour
•Salt & Pepper
步骤
1. In a large pot, combine water, bouillon and vegetables. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat.
2. Add Chicken. Reduce heat to medium.
3. Add Noodles and let boil 5 minutes.
4. In a small cup or jar, mix flour with water to make a thickener.
5. Pour through a strainer into the soup while stirring constantly to avoid lumps.
Stir occasionally while waiting to boil and thicken. Salt and Pepper to taste.
备注
You can use Chicken Broth instead of Water and Bouillon.
Don't over cook the noodles.
