STIR SALT INTO FLOUR, CUT IN SHORTENING WITH A PASTRY CUTTER AND TOSS JUST ENOUGH WATER AND VINEGAR IN TO HOLD TOGETHER. ALWAYS WORK PASTRY AS LITTLE AS POSSIBLE FOR THE TENDEREST CRUST.
