Banana Bread

配料

1 medium ripe banana (~100g)

40g salted caramel protein powder

1/4 teaspoon baking powder

Dash of cinnamon

Dash of Nutmeg

1 tablespoon (15ml) maple syrup

1/4 cup (60ml) almond milk

2 tablespoons chocolate chips + extra for on top if you wish

Walnuts for topping

步骤

In a bowl, mash the ripe banana until pureed

Add in the protein powder, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, maple syrup and milk. Mix until the protein powder is dissolved

Stir in the chocolate chips

Transfer the batter to a microwave-safe ramekin. Optional: decorate with extra chocolate chips on top

Microwave on high for 30 Second Increments to your doneness liking.
