1. Blanch meat to get rid of impurities
2. Add water to submerge meat, add all condiments. Bring to boil, then simmer on low-med heat until softened (20-30min depending amount)
3. Refrigerate meat until cooled. Slice thinly and serve with minced garlic soy sauce
