Asian Spicy Tofu

14oz firm tofu

1 tbsp soy sauce

1/2 tbsp gochugaru

1/2 tbsp minced garlic

1/2 tbsp rice vinegar

1/2 tbsp honey

1 cup water

sesame oil

Make sure to pat dry the tofu before pan frying and let it sit with enough oil before trying to flip to get that nice golden crust
