Rum, banana, pineapple, bubblegum. All grown up and clarified.
Bright, fruity, and just weird enough to keep things interesting.

Spec for one cocktail, I made a few
50ml / 1.75oz Rum
10ml / 0.33oz Banana liqueur
15ml / 0.5oz @fofoodproduct Bubblegum Syrup
60ml / 2oz Pineapple juice
30ml / 1oz Lime juice
60ml / 2oz Whole milk
Garnish: Brûléed banana
Milk clarification:
Make sure the milk’s in the jug first, pour over the milk, not the other way around.
I pass mine through a coffee filter. If it starts cloudy, just re-filter the first bit.
You can leave it to rest in the fridge overnight if needed to clarify.
Note:
I add the bubblegum syrup after clarification to preserve the colour, but feel free to mix it in from the start if you’re less fussy than I am.
