Caramel Fudge Crunch Bars

配料

1/2 tin (200g) of condensed milk

100g light brown sugar

60g salted or unsalted butter

1 1/2 tbsp golden syrup or honey

100g white chocolate, broken into chunks

650g milk or dark chocolate

75g Rice bubbles

Tin size: 8x8”

步骤

Mix together on heat condensed milk, brown sugar, butter and syrup

When combined add in white chocolate until combined

Melted milk/dark chocolate and mix rice bubbles

Layer in tin chrunchy mixer, caramel, then crunchy

Refrigerate for 4hr
