Macros per serving (x2 servings): approx 684 calories |58g P | 42g C | 34g F

For the Shrimp:

1 ½ shrimp, peeled and deveined 🍤

1 tbsp olive oil 🫒

1 tbsp @spicexseasoning Daily Blend

For the Peanut Sauce:

1/4 cup peanut butter 🥜

1 tbsp olive oil 🫒

1 tbsp soy sauce

1 tbsp honey 🍯

1 tsp rice vinegar

2 teaspoon sriracha or chilli sauce 🌶️

2 garlic cloves 🧄

1 tsp fresh ginger 🫚

1 lime, juiced 🍋🟩

Water, to thin (1-2 tbsp) 💦

步骤

Place everything in a measuring cup (or blender) and blend using an immersion blender. Set aside.

Additional ingredients:

100 grams cooked and cooled rice noodles 🍜

1.5 cups purple cabbage, sliced

2 small carrots, sliced 🥕

2 mini cucumbers or a large one, 🥒

1 small jalapeño, sliced

1 avocado, sliced (optional) 🥑

1/4 cup green onions, chopped

1/4 cup cilantro, chopped 🌿

1/4 cup mint, chopped 🌿

1/2 cup chopped Peanuts (optional) 🥜

Method : Assemble, mix & enjoy! Stores perfect in the fridge for meal prep and even better the next day! Can be eaten cold too ❄️
