Creamy Mushroom Pork/Chicken

配料

4 pork chops or pork tenderloin medallions or breat or thigh chicken

1 tbsp oil

chopped onion

1 c sliced mushrooms

1 minced garlic clove

1 can cream of mushroom soup

1/2 c milk

步骤

Brown meat, set aside.

Saute onions, mushrooms & garlic.

Stir in mixed soup & milk to heat.

Then put in 350 oven 25 minutes.
