East 8 Hold Up

Hey folks! It’s March, the days are getting longer and temperatures are already rising in some regions...spring is just around the corner! I’ve dug up a recipe to go with it, which was created in 2010 by Kevin Armstrong at Milk & Honey in London:

EAST 8 HOLD UP 🇬🇧

45 ml ~ 1.5 oz Vodka

15 ml ~ 0.5 oz Aperol

22 ½ ml ~ 0.75 oz Pineapple Juice

15 ml ~ 0.5 oz Lime Juice

15 ml ~ 0.5 oz Simple Syrup

1 Barspoon Passionfruit Syrup

Garnish: Mint Sprig & Half a Passionfruit

How to mix it?

Shake all ingredients with ice. Strain into ice-filled glass and garnish with mint sprig & half a passionfruit. 💥 Cheers!
