Jelly Roll Cake*

配料

1 cup flour

1 teaspoon baking powder

1 cup sugar

4 tablespoons milk

3 eggs well beaten

步骤

Slowly add sugar to eggs

Mix flour and baking powder together

Add to eggs mixture with milk

Mix well and place in a greased 10x15 pan lined with wax paper

Bake at 350 for 10 minutes

When done, turn out onto a towel dusted with powdered sugar

Remove paper and cut ends off

Roll up in towel and let cool

Fill with filling of your choice
